Philip Miller is a partner in our Milwaukee office where his practice includes estate and business succession planning, marital property, probate and trust administration and elder law.

Phil is a speaker for continuing education courses with the State Bar of Wisconsin and is a frequent speaker to other professional and community groups on the subjects of estate planning, business succession planning, marital property, probate and medical assistance. He is a former member of the adjunct faculty at Marquette University Law School.
