Mark W. Siler | Associate
Mark Siler is an associate in our Milwaukee office. His practice focuses on a wide range of business matters, including business formation, governance, mergers and acquisitions, taxation, succession and ownership planning, contract negotiations, secured lending and other general business matters. He is also experienced in federal, state and local tax matters with a concentration on sales and use tax matters, property tax exemptions and various federal tax subjects.
Mark is a regular contributor to the firm's blog and has in the past contributed many articles to the “Legal Ease” column in Magazine SoHo. In his free time, he enjoys skiing, spending time with his wife and son and attending Iowa Hawkeye football games.
