Ann K. Chandler | Partner
Ann Chandler is a partner in our Delafield office where she primarily practices real estate law, including the representation of shopping center, office park and residential developers in the acquisition, financing, development and leasing of real property. She also practices business law.
Ann has taught Real Estate Transactions at the University of Wisconsin Law School and was an adjunct faculty member at the University of Central Florida and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She is a frequent speaker at continuing legal education seminars on the topics of commercial leasing and real estate financing.
