Ann K. Chandler is a partner in our Milwaukee office. Her practice entails real estate and business law. Ann’s primary focus is real estate law that entails the representation of shopping centers, office parks and residential developers in the acquisition, financing, development and leasing of real estate property.
Ann has taught real estate transactions at the University of Wisconsin Law School. In addition she was an adjunct faculty member at the University of Central Florida and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She is a frequent presenter of continuing legal education seminars on the topics of commercial leasing and real estate financing.
During law school, Ann was a member of the Marquette Law Review. She was awarded the Thomas More award, Marquette Lawyer’s Association award, Zilber and Wisconsin Land Title scholarships.
Ann is a graduate of Marquette University Law School, J.D. and Marquette University, B.A. She also attended the University of Florida.
