Robert Teuber is the Program Chair and a Presenter the State Bar of Wisconsin’s Tax School being held in Madison on December 12. He will be speaking on recent developments in foreign account disclosures and on representing taxpayers at the IRS appeals office. Randy Nelson will be speaking on Drafting Flexible Estate Plans after the American Taxpayer Relief Act.

He is also a Certified Public Accountant. He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Milwaukee Bar Association. Mr. White received his B.B.A. in Accounting and his law degree (cum laude) from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. He was a note and comment editor for the Wisconsin International Law Journal. His comment was published in the Wisconsin International Law Journal: It’s Greek to Me: The Case for Creating an International Agency to Enforce International Accounting Standards to Promote Harmonization and International Business Transactions, 27 Wis. Int. L.J. 195. Additionally he earned the Bruce F. Beilfuss Memorial Award for outstanding service to the Law School.
Mr. White has experience representing business clients in a wide range of legal matters including business formation, mergers and acquisitions, and tax. Additionally, he has represented both business and individuals in collection matters with the IRS and Wisconsin Department of Revenue and negotiated installment agreements for his clients. Peter White is admitted to practice law in Wisconsin.
