Milwaukee, WI – February 24, 2014 – Weiss Berzowski Brady LLP is pleased to welcome new associate attorney, Andrew T. Frost. His practice focuses on private-sector labor relations, employee benefits and employment counseling. He is a member of the Wisconsin Bar Association, the Milwaukee Bar Association and the Labor and Employment Law Section of the Wisconsin Bar. Mr. Frost received his Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics with an emphasis on Actuarial Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He received his law degree from Marquette University Law School where he served first as treasurer, then as president of the Marquette Labor and Employment Law Society.
Mr. Frost assists union employers in fully meeting their legal obligations under the National Labor Relations Act with an emphasis on maintaining an employer’s ability to run a profitable operation. Andrew Frost also counsels clients regarding various benefit issues including the Affordable Care Act, fiduciary duty obligations, corrections under the DOL and IRS compliance programs, the drafting and design of pension and welfare benefit plans, payroll taxes and those issues arising in mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Frost also counsels clients on all areas of employment law, including litigation, employee handbooks, leave issues, non-compete agreements, and employment contracts.
Andrew Frost is admitted to practice law in Wisconsin and Illinois state courts, as well as in federal court in the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin and the Northern District of Illinois.
