Who Says There is No Such Thing as a Second Chance?

Last month, Robert Teuber was the “Alumni Guest Blogger” for the Marquette University Law School Faculty Blog.  His second post as guest blogger, entitled Who Says There is No Such Thing as a Second Chance?, discusses the IRS’ recent announcement that it will offer a second “one-time” penalty relief program for taxpayers that have failed to file FBAR’s disclosing foreign financial accounts.
